Welcome to Slab & Trim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of doors, trim, and related products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Slab & Trim is a brand operated by Laturine LLC, a supplier of premium interior doors and millwork located at 8040 N Atlantic Ave, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. We serve homeowners, contractors, and design professionals throughout Orlando and Central Florida. References to "Slab & Trim," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Laturine LLC. 2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, options, and prices accurately. Because many of our doors are made to order and configured with different sizes, finishes, and hardware, the final price shown at checkout reflects the specific options you select. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Product photographs and design previews are provided for illustration. Natural wood veneers vary in grain and tone from piece to piece, and finished colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the configured products. We accept your offer once payment has been processed successfully. Payment is collected securely at checkout. In the rare event that we decline or cannot fulfill an order — for example, where a product was listed at an incorrect price — and production has not yet begun, we will issue a refund for that order.

4. Custom, Made-to-Order Items — All Sales Final

All of our products are custom made to order and manufactured specifically to the size, finish, and hardware you select. For this reason, all sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded, except where the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was produced in error on our part, as described in our Returns & Warranty policy. Production lead times shown on each product page are estimates rather than guarantees. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that your items are custom made and non-returnable.

5. Delivery and Pickup

We deliver throughout Orlando and Central Florida and offer free pickup at our Cape Canaveral warehouse. Delivery terms, fees, and timing are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Slab & Trim and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laturine LLC (operating as Slab & Trim) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the installation or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Florida or federal consumer law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your purchase will be handled in the courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
