Shipping & Delivery

Slab & Trim delivers premium doors and trim throughout Orlando and Central Florida from our warehouse in Cape Canaveral. This policy explains how delivery and pickup work.

1. Delivery Area

We make regular delivery runs across the greater Orlando area and Central Florida, including communities such as Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, and the surrounding region. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery area, contact us and we will confirm.

2. Delivery Fees

Local delivery is charged at a flat rate for standard orders. For larger orders, an additional per-door charge applies to quantities above five doors. Your delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

3. Free Pickup

You are always welcome to collect your order in person at our Cape Canaveral warehouse at no charge. We will let you know when your order is ready and arrange a convenient pickup time.

4. Lead Times

In-stock items are typically ready for delivery or pickup within a few business days. Made-to-order doors are produced to your specifications; the estimated production time is shown on each product page. We will keep you updated as your order progresses and contact you to schedule delivery once it is ready.

5. Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the order. We ask that you check your doors and trim for any visible transit damage before the driver leaves and note any concerns at that time. Delivery is to a ground-floor or curbside location; it does not include installation.

6. Storage and Acclimation

In Florida’s humidity, we recommend storing doors flat and indoors until installation. If you have questions about acclimating your doors before install, our team is happy to advise.
