Installation Tips

1. Plan the rough opening early. The concealed frame requires a specific cavity width and depth — it is much easier to frame it during construction or a gut remodel than to retrofit into an existing wall.
2. Use a level — obsessively. Because there is no casing trim to cover gaps, even a 1/16" misalignment will be visible once the wall is finished.
3. Prime and paint after installation. The slab arrives ready for your finish. Paint it the same color as the wall, feathering the roller right up to the gap line.
4. Add a touch latch if you skip the handle. A push-to-open magnetic latch lets you open the door with a gentle press — no lever or knob required.
