Yes. Every door we sell — invisible (frameless) doors, natural veneer doors, primed doors, and louver doors — is produced to order for your specific size and finish. Because each order is custom-built for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your configuration, sizes, and finish carefully before checkout, and contact us first if you have any questions.

No. All of our products are made-to-order and cut to your specifications, so every sale is final — we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed. If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact us right away with photos and we will work with you on a resolution for the affected item.

We provide local delivery throughout Orlando and Central Florida, including Winter Park, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Sanford, and the surrounding Space Coast. Local delivery has a $400 minimum order. For orders of more than five doors, an additional $30 applies per extra door. Free pickup is available at our location in Cape Canaveral, FL.

Because doors are made to order, lead times vary by product and finish. In-stock primed, louver, and veneer lines from our Ponderosa collection typically ship fastest, while custom invisible door systems take longer to build. We will confirm the estimated timeline for your specific order after it is placed. Both are excellent — it depends on the look you want. Standard mortise hinges are the classic, budget-friendly choice and suit most traditional and transitional rooms. Concealed 3D invisible hinges are hidden when the door is closed for a clean, architectural look; they are fully adjustable in three directions (X, Y, Z), let the door open smoothly up to 180 degrees, and are reversible so you can set the swing on site. For our frameless invisible doors, concealed hinges are the natural pairing.

As a general rule, interior doors 80 inches tall or shorter use 2 hinges, while doors taller than 80 inches should use 3 hinges for proper support. Taller and heavier slabs — including our tall invisible door configurations — benefit from the third hinge to keep the door aligned and operating smoothly over time.

Stand in the doorway facing the direction the door opens away from you. If the hinges are on the left, it is a left-hand door; if on the right, a right-hand door. Our invisible door hinges are reversible, so the swing can be set during installation. For any door, use our online configurator to select the handing before you order.

Our doors are prepared for standard American tubular hardware. If you are replacing an existing lockset, your prep is most likely already correct — just confirm the backset (typically 2-3/8 inch or 2-3/4 inch from the door edge to the center of the bore). For new doors without a prep, choose your hardware first so the holes can be bored in the correct location for that specific lock.

Yes. Our frameless invisible doors offer a "No handle" option for the most seamless, wall-flush look. In this configuration the door blends completely into the wall and is opened with a push-to-open mechanism or a discreet edge pull. You can select the no-handle option directly in the door configurator.

Our natural wood veneer doors come in a range of curated colors and wood tones, our primed doors arrive ready to paint any color you like, and louver doors offer classic ventilated styling. Yes. We carry a full range of Ponderosa Wood trim and millwork — baseboards, casings, crown moulding, door jambs, and doorstops — so you can coordinate your doors and trim for a finished, cohesive look throughout your Central Florida home.

For a slab, measure the width and height of your existing door (not the frame) and note the thickness, hinge locations, and hardware bore. Our doors are manufactured to high European and Ponderosa Wood quality standards. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; the warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, moisture exposure, or normal wear. Because all items are made to order and sales are final, please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any concern with photos right away.
